Saturday was full of fun. I got to see some of my high school Friends at a baby shower. Got to visit with some of kyles' family and had time left on the way to my parents house to stop at some yard sales.

Sunday we went to church and stayed for the pot luck. Then we went mushroom picking at one of my dad's favorite places to pick. After driving 20mins to get there and walking about a mile, my dad found 2 mushrooms. Liam had fun hitting trees with sticks and jumping off of the small hills and sliding down on his butt. Then on the way back to the can Liam found a little friend. He love his little toady. When we got to grandmas we ate some dinner and packed up to come home. Liam went out side for one last time on the swing. As we were headed back to the car my dad found 7 mushrooms on the edge of the woods.

Baby Number 2

After a two hour Doctor appointment and five tubs of blood. I finally have a dew date. I am dew Oct.19, so I'm 10 weeks and 2 days along. I have pictures to share with people. I am happy to say the doctor said there is only one baby in there. I had him double check.

27 years old

Well I am 27 now and I think I have done a lot with my life so fare. I am very thankful for all of the things I have: friend, family, a child, A fun business, house and even the dog. I have lots of goals yet to do before I turn 30. I hope I can get them all in. Some of the things on my list that I would like to do are: parasailing, hot air balloon ride, visit Scotland, take Liam to sea world, and have 2 more kids. Not in that order though.

On my birthday my mom and dad took me and Liam out fishing. We had a blast!! We cough lots of fish none big enough to eat. We went swimming and then went to DQ for ice cream. When we got home we played some cards. It was a great day.

Gaylord Discovery Center

The Gaylord Discovery Center is now Open!! Yeah!!! Kyle and I have been working hard on it for some time. It is a children's museum, all hands on learning. It has been great see the kids reactions to some of are expo's. We still have lots of work to do. But we do have some fun when we get to stop and play with the kids.

Liam turned two on the first. Let the fun begin!! Everyday Liam is learning something new. Mostly new words right now. He has learned how to Jump, take off his cloths, and go up and down slides. He can sings 3 songs Mickey Mouse, It's Bitsy Spider, and Zipadee Doo Dah. He can count to three. Trucks and Trains are his favorite toys. His favorite stuffed animal is his Zebra. Liam can ride his trike that he got for Christmas too.

Liam had a party at BC Pizza with some of his play group friends. He had a wonderful time playing in the play land area.He got his own little pizza and then we had cup cakes.

Liam is getting so big. He is learning more and more each day. I have to really keep an eye on him. He pushes things around and stacks them up. To get the things he shouldn't have. He mostly does it when I 'm not looking. He is saying lots of stuff now. His newest word is Christmas Tree. On Thanksgiving, I had many things to be thankful for this year. Kyle has a good job, Liam is saying all kinds of new words, I am making more mom friends here in Gaylord, are dog is be well behaved, and I was able to host Thanksgiving dinner at are house. We all had a great time. Then some of us went and visited my Aunt Val at the Tender Care.

Liam and I went and feed the Elk yesterday. I had worked out side pulling weeds. The Elk seemed to like them.

Then to day we just got back from playing at the park. There was lots of kids there to day because a day care was having a field trip. Liam joined right in with them playing. It was pretty cute. Then when it was time for them to go Liam started lining up with them to leave. He was very sad that they left so we didn't stay very long after that.

This is Liam's new play house that I got him at a yard sale. For the first 30 min. Liam wouldn't let anyone in with him not even me. He even shoved the dog out once, when she followed him in there. After he got to play for awhile by himself he decided to let the dog in to play. It was really cute.

Vacation

Liam and I are taking a little vacation in Saginaw. We have done a little shopping and went to see my brothers kids. Liam got a potty and we will start trying it out when we get home. It will be nice when I don't have to buy dippers anymore. My brothers kid were bouncing off the walls because they were so happy to see Liam and I. It has been awhile since we have been down. They had to show us there new swing set that a friend help make. I love the swings that let my big butt sit in them. They don't pinch and then I can play more with the kids.

Liam got to go to the zoo and see all the animals. He loved the horses,cows,goats, and lamas. I will post pictures later. He also got to go on the carousel. First we went on one that just stayed put, then we went on one that went up and down. When it was all done and we got off, he went wright back in line. Letting Laurie and I know that he wanted to go again. Sadly it was time to go home. Liam wanted to stay longer but he did ok in the car ride home.

This last Saturday we marched in the Alpenfest parad. We all dresses up in are SCA cloths and Liam got to ride in his little red wagon. Liam did a fantastic job. He sat back a waved at all the little kids and was even saying hi to some but mostly it was the pretty girls he saw. He was very cute and I was very proud of him.

About a week ago now we took Liam to get a dog from the pound. The was a 3-4 month old black lab. We tried her out for the weekend and real liked her. We decided to name her Moria. Easter

This weekend we went and spent it visiting family in Cheboygan. Friday night we spent at my parents house. My dad smoked some pork for us, for dinner and it was tasty.

Saturday we went to visit kyle's grandparents. Then we went to the Easter Egg Hunt up at the Cheboygan High School.
Liam had a great time. They have age groups go together but we got there 5 min. late and missed Liam's age group. So he went with the 4-5 year olds and loved running out to pick up the eggs. The leaders dumped cardboard boxes full of eggs, out on the gym floor. For the kids to run and get. They must have dumped about 4 big box's for 4 different age groups. It was a lot of fun to watch all the kids run out on the count down. Liam went out a second time with the 6 and 7 year olds and just kicked the eggs and chased after the kids. I couldn't help but laugh at him. I took some pictures with my moms camera. I will post some as soon as I can.

Saturday night we played cards with my parents and colored eggs with Liam. Liam loved coloring eggs. He took his egg and put it into a color. After some time went by I asked him is it done yet? He would shake his head no. I waited a little longer. Then ask him again. Liam then picks his egg up out of the color, looks at it and then at me. He says something in gibberish and stuck it in another color. It was real cute, you kinda had to be there. Liam was very sad when the eggs were all done. So I might do it again with him on a rain day.

15 months old

Liam is getting so big and the time is just flying by. Liam is now climbing on top of chairs and many other things, with no help and doing it every easily. He is like my own little monkey. He loves to play with play doh and to color. He likes to do little crafts. Liam is becoming moms little helper to. He will bring his diaper over to the trash for me. I am still working on him actually putting it in the trash though. He wants to just carrie it around with him.

He love to run, I can't wait to get him out side more. Once the weather decides its going to be spring. I did take him out today for a short time. Its just so cold out we can't do much.

He is talking more and more too. It is sooo cute. When I am doing dishes I can lesson to him. He is just chattering away reading his books. He is repeating some of the word I say. His vocabulary is about 10 words or so.

I have also moved him up in cloths size yet again. To me it feels like he is growing like a weed. Liam is now wearing 18 month. His short little legs are still in 12 months though. I think he is wearing a size 5 shoe now to.

I would post pictures but are camera is broken and we need to get a new one. As soon as we do I will update pictures of Liam.

This is the museum in Seattle.
Liam and I are playing with a water toy.
It makes sounds when you push the buttons.
The water hits a plastic bucket, each button make a different sound.

In this picture we are using paint brushes
to spread water around on these dry rocks.
Liam really enjoyed doing this we spent about 15 min. doing it.

Liam and I have been sick for some time now. Liam has gotten a deeper cough so we are going to see the doctor to day. I think Liam and I got are colds from my brothers kids. We talked Saturday night about Tahuamenon Falls and how nice it must look up there. So we decided to skip church and have an outing. We picked a great day to do it to. The morning was cloudy and then it got sunny a nice fall day not to hot and not to cold.

Kyle went to an event in kalkaska. There he did some fighting and got his middle kingdom authorization. Here is the BIG NEWS kyle received an award called the Purple Fret. The award was given to him by the king and queen for serves. The award is a scroll and patch that was stitched onto a pouch. 10 gentles contributed their talents to the award given to kyle. Laim and moms weekend

Liam, my mom and dad, and I went over to see my grandparents and Ellen. Over in Onaway. Ellen was only going to be up for a short time.

We sat around and talked for awhile.

That weekend Liam and I didn't feel very good so my mom helped me by watching Liam. Liam having a cold didn't slow him down much though. He wanted to help my mom make dinner.

We went to see Aunt Laurie for the weekend. It was here birthday!! Liam got so sleep after run around her house. Liam has four teeth on the top and three on the bottom. His teeth are coming in fast. One of the bottom ones popped out last night.

My brothers family came up to visit for a few days.

Liam started sitting up all on his own out at Pennsic.

Kyle's mom watched Liam while I went to Herald's point.
I am trying to get my device passed.

Liam love to go for walks with a little help.

Pennsic War

This was Liam's first Pennsic War.
It was very hot but Liam did mind it.
He missed his Daddy when he went out to fight.

Pennsic Trip 2008

This is was are home out at Pennsic.
We got a canvas tent this year and we love it.

We camped with the Barony of Cynnabar.

This Lady is are friend from Seattle and her name is Countess Elizabeth.
Kyle and I were very happy to see a familiar face. We both miss all of our friends a-lot.

This was Liam's first Court he had to sit through and he did very well. He did make a few noises so the eyes would be on him now and then.

I can't believe how much time has gone bye. Liam is getting so big and learning things so fast. He did very well to day taking pictures what a ham. I know I took them a few days early but we have a lot going on. So tell me which once you all like and I will try and get copy's made. The top two are the once I like the best. You can see his bottom teeth.

Liam got to watch Great-Grandpa run the trains. Great- Grandpa loves his trains, he ran three different ones for us to see. Liam was amazed by them.
